Rep: Macaulay Culkin is in good health

LOS ANGELES, Sept. 2 (UPI) -- Ukrainian filmmaker Vadim Perelman reportedly is in talks to develop a remake of the 1982 horror classic "Poltergeist."
Perelman's film credits include "House of Sand and Fog" and "The Life Before Her Eyes."
The Hollywood Reporter said a possible pact would unite the director with Juliet Snowden and Stiles White, the writers hired last week to rewrite the iconic haunted house flick.
The original movie was directed by Tobe Hooper from a screenplay co-written by Hollywood giant Steven Spielberg.
Starring Craig T. Nelson, JoBeth Williams and late actresses Dominique Dunne and Heather O'Rourke, the first chiller was followed by two sequels.
