Appeals court backs Clinton over lyrics

LOS ANGELES, Aug. 14 (UPI) -- Rihanna's "Disturbia" is No. 1 on the U.S. record chart, Billboard.com reported Thursday.
The song ousted Katy Perry's "I Kissed a Girl" from the chart-topping position it held for seven weeks.
Coming in at No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 is Chris Brown's "Forever," followed by "I Kissed a Girl" at No. 3, Rihanna's "Take a Bow" at No. 4 and M.I.A.'s "Paper Planes" at No. 5.
Rounding out the top tier are Coldplay's "Viva La Vida" at No. 6, Kardinal Offishall's "Dangerous" featuring Akon at No. 7, Lil Wayne's "A Milli" at No. 8, the Jonas Brothers' "Burnin' Up" at No. 9 and Ne-Yo's "Closer" at No. 10.
