LOS ANGELES, Aug. 11 (UPI) -- Tori Spelling's representative says the U.S. television actress is no longer scheduled to appear in the new "Beverly Hills, 90210" spinoff.

Spelling, Jennie Garth and Shannen Doherty had all signed on to reprise their roles from the original iconic 1990s series on the new version of the show.

DeadlineHollywoodDaily.com reported Monday that Spelling had dropped out of the project because she heard Garth and Doherty were getting paid more than double what she would have been getting.

"She thought she deserved parity, and she's got a point," a source told DeadlineHollywoodDaily.com.

"At this time, there are no plans for Tori to appear in the '90210' spinoff," her representative later confirmed to Usmagazine.com.

"The CW has no deal with Tori Spelling to appear on '90210' at this time," the CW network also told the entertainment news Web site.

Spelling, now a mother of two, stars with her husband, Dean McDermott, on the reality show, "Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood."
