MALIBU, Calif., Aug. 9 (UPI) -- Hollywood stars Sienna Miller and Balthazar Getty have fallen "in love" since Getty separated from his wife last year, a source says.

The unidentified source said the couple, who were seen shopping together this week in California, is now living in Los Angeles despite the bad press their relationship has earned, The (Britain) Daily Mail said Friday.

"Sienna and he are in love. They are living together in LA. Everyone knows about her and accepts her," the source said.

Friends of the "Factory Girl" actress have told the media that the couple's relationship did not begin until several months after the father-of-four's 2007 separation from his wife Rosetta.

The source told the Mail that the oil heir should have been gone public with the separation when he began dating the British actress this year.

"He should have announced his separation a lot earlier than he did -- he'd been sleeping on friends' couches for six months," the source said.
