Pam Grier lands 'Smallville' role

HOLLYWOOD, Aug. 8 (UPI) -- The Hollywood superhero flick "Iron Man" is set for home video release in September, Paramount Home Entertainment announced Friday.
Starring Robert Downey Jr. as the title hero, Gwyneth Paltrow as his love interest and Jeff Bridges as his mentor-turned-nemesis, "Iron Man" is to be released on DVD and Blu-ray Sept. 30.
The Marvel Studios and Paramount Pictures film has earned $315 million at the U.S. box office to date.
Paramount Home Entertainment said it will release Ultimate Edition two-disc sets on both DVD and Blu-ray, as well as a single-disc DVD.
