NEW YORK, Aug. 4 (UPI) -- People en Espanol has announced it has selected Spanish actress Penelope Cruz as the best dressed woman of the year.

Coming in at No. 2 is Oscar winner Charlize Theron, followed by Mexican actress Kate del Castillo at No. 3, TV vixen Eva Longoria at No. 4 and Univision TV personality Lili Estefan at No. 5.

Rounding out the top tier are actress Katie Holmes at No. 6, Colombian actress Sofia Vergara at No. 7, Mexican actress Lucero at No. 8, Telemundo TV host Candela at No. 9 and model Daisy Fuentes at No. 10.

British soccer star David Beckham topped the magazine's best-dressed men's list, followed by Spanish actor Javier Bardem at No. 2, Hollywood actor George Clooney at No. 3, Mexican actor Mauricio Islas at No. 4 and actor Shalim at No. 5.

Rounding out the top tier are Reggaeton artists Wisin, Yandel and Daddy Yankee in the 6-8 slots, followed by Anthony, the Dominican lead singer of Aventura, at No. 9 and Telefutura TV host Felipe Viel at No. 10.
