New Nas CD tops U.S. album chart

LOS ANGELES, July 23 (UPI) -- Nas's new untitled CD is No. 1 on the U.S. album chart this week, Billboard.com reported Wednesday.

Coming in at No. 2 on The Billboard 200 is Lil Wayne's "Tha Carter III," followed by the soundtrack to the movie musical "Mamma Mia!" at No. 3, Coldplay's "Viva La Vida or Death and All His Friends" at No. 4 and the soundtrack to Disney's "Camp Rock" at No. 5.

Rounding out the top 10 are Kid Rock's "Rock N Roll Jesus" at No. 6, John Mellencamp's "Life Death Love and Freedom" at No. 7, David Banner's "The Greatest Story Ever Told" at No. 8, Taylor Swift's "Beautiful Eyes" at No. 9 and Rihanna's "Good Girl Gone Bad" at No. 10.
