LOS ANGELES, July 23 (UPI) -- U.S. actress Heather Locklear reportedly has left the Arizona facility where she successfully underwent treatment for anxiety and depression.

People.com said Locklear, who is best known for her roles on the TV shows "Dynasty," "Melrose Place" and "Spin City," was at the facility for four weeks, but returned home last weekend.

"Heather's feeling really great," a close friend told People.com. "And she looks beautiful, just radiant."

Although Locklear's recovery is "a work in progress," the friend said she seems to be doing much better.

"She told a really funny story and she laughed from her core," the source said. "That's when I knew she was going to be fine. I think that's the best part of all -- it's so nice to hear her laugh."

Locklear's 10-year-old daughter, Ava, who had been staying with Locklear's ex-husband, rocker Richie Sambora, while Locklear was in Arizona, has since returned to her mother's home, People.com said.
