LONDON, July 14 (UPI) -- A trailer for the big-screen sequel to the two U.S. "High School Musical" television movies debuted Monday on television.

Starring Zac Efron, Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Tisdale, Lucas Grabeel, Corbin Bleu and Monique Coleman, "High School Musical 3: Senior Year" is scheduled to open Oct. 24.

Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures U.K. said it released the first images from the film at http://www.image.net to tie in with the launch of the new trailer, which premiered Monday on the Disney Channel.

The trailer includes the new song "Now or Never," which is to be the first single released off the soundtrack.

The trailer also features all new footage from the movie.
