PASADENA, Calif., July 13 (UPI) -- The rapper Taboo, known for his work with the group Black Eyed Peas, has married his fiancee in Pasadena, Calif., their representative says.

Erin Calhoun-Dulaney told People magazine exclusively that Taboo, whose real name is Jaime Gomez, married Jaymie Dizon at Pasadena's St. Andrews Catholic Church.

The event occurred two days before Gomez turns 33 and featured matching diamond and platinum bands for the happy couple.

People said Gomez's fellow Black Eyed Peas members attended the ceremony with rappers will.i.am and Apl de ap serving as groomsmen and singer Fergie in the audience.

Gomez is to release a solo album this year and has a role in the upcoming action movie "Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun-Li."
