LOS ANGELES, July 12 (UPI) -- U.S. pop star Jessica Simpson has announced she has made the music video for her first country music offering available on her Web site.

The singer said on JessicaSimpson.com Friday anyone who signs up for an account on her Internet site can take a peek at the streaming video for "Come on Over," her first foray into country music, People magazine reported.

The singer, who turned 28 Thursday, said she was excited for members of her online community to see her attempt to embrace country music through the new video.

"I had so much fun making my video, I'm so glad y'all finally get to see it!" Simpson wrote online.

People said the video, which will run on the Web site until its TV premiere on "EXTRA" Monday, does not feature celebrities as Simpson has done on her previous video offerings.

Unlike the videos for "These Boots Were Made for Walkin'" and "A Public Affair," which both featured stars, "Over" focuses on Simpson at a southern California ranch, the magazine said.
