Will Smith nervous about daughter dating
CHICAGO, July 12 (UPI) -- Actor David Carradine was too outspoken during an appearance on Chicago's "WGN Morning News" this week, uttering a profanity on the live broadcast.
When the "Kill Bill" actor appeared on the popular morning news segment Friday, he emphasized the word "legendary" by inserting a profanity in the middle of the word, the Chicago Tribune reported Saturday.
Diana Dionisio, WGN's publicity and promotion manager, immediately issued a statement apologizing for the actor's choice of words.
"Live on 'WGN Morning News' this morning, guest David Carradine inserted a swear word into a phrase as he was being introduced. The slip was unexpected and the AM News team immediately issued an apology," she said.
The Tribune said Carradine also was scolded for his salty language by "News" co-anchor Larry Potash, who offered his own on-air apology to viewers.
