Kidman gives birth in Tennessee

NASHVILLE, July 7 (UPI) -- Nicole Kidman has given birth to a daughter in Nashville, the movie star's publicist confirmed.

Kidman's representative told The (Nashville) Tennessean that Sunday Rose Kidman Urban was born Monday morning in Nashville.

Sunday is the first child for Kidman and her husband, country music singer Keith Urban. Kidman was previously married to actor Tom Cruise, with whom she adopted two now-teenage children.

The newspaper said Urban was by Kidman's side and both mother and daughter were doing well.

Kidman has starred in "The Golden Compass," "Moulin Rouge," "The Hours" and "Practical Magic."
