Madonna's brother eyeing TV appearance

LOS ANGELES, July 4 (UPI) -- The brother of U.S. pop singer Madonna is set to follow up on his upcoming memoir with an appearance on a reality TV series.

E! Entertainment reported that Christopher Ciccone, whose sister Madonna Louise Ciccone Ritchie has earned hits with songs like "Music" and "Like a Virgin," will appear on the Oxygen channel's reality series "The Janice Dickinson Modeling Agency."

Dickenson hired Madonna's estranged brother to design the new sleeping quarters in her home where her models sleep, E! Entertainment said. A date for the show's series premiere has yet to be confirmed.

Meanwhile, Ciccone is set to release his literary memoir "Life with My Sister" on July 15 and is creating his own design reality TV series.

E! reported that one of the designer's assistants made an emergency room visit this week after a mirror sliced into her leg during a renovation of a Los Angeles home.
