LOS ANGELES, June 24 (UPI) -- Heather Locklear's publicist said the television actress is seeking treatment for anxiety and depression at a facility in Arizona.
Locklear, 46, is best known for her roles on TV's "Dynasty," "T.J. Hooker" and "Melrose Place."
"Heather has been dealing with anxiety and depression. She requested an in-depth evaluation of her medication and entered into a medical facility for proper diagnosis and treatment," Locklear's representative, Cece Yorke, told People.com. "This is a confidential medical matter and no further statement will be released."
