LOS ANGELES, June 24 (UPI) -- Los Angeles Superior Court spokesman Alan Parachini Tuesday confirmed there has been a change in Britney Spears's visitation schedule with her two young sons.
"There was a change in visitation status that was ordered by Commissioner Gordon this morning," Parachini told Usmagazine.com after Tuesday's custody hearing. "I'm not at liberty to answer any questions about the nature of that change."
Spears's ex-husband Kevin Federline has temporary legal and physical custody of their sons -- 2-year-old Sean Preston and 20-month-old Jayden James -- while Spears has had only monitored visits with the toddlers.
Usmagazine.com said Federline, Spears and Spears's father and co-conservator Jamie Spears attended Tuesday's hearing.
TMZ.com reported that Spears had requested overnight visits with her sons.
Asked if she was pleased with the outcome of the hearing, Spears smiled and told Usmagazine.com, "Yes."
A status hearing in the custody case is set for July 15.
