NEW YORK, June 22 (UPI) -- Everyday Americans hoping to become reality TV stars can learn how best to reach such goals in a New York school, a theater coach says.

Theater coach Robert Galinsky has opened the New York Reality TV School in an attempt to teach people how best to use their mental and physical assets to break into the increasingly popular world of reality television, the New York Post reported Sunday.

Among the guest lecturers at the two types of workshops offered at the school, which opened Saturday, are "Groomer Has It" star Jorge Bendersky and "Top Chef" contestant Dave Martin.

The Post said school participants can either take part in a one-time workshop for $139 or go for the big time with a $299 five-week workshop course.
