The Hendersonville (Tenn.) Star News said the price includes Johnny Cash memorabilia, such as a gold record of Cash's anthem "I Walk the Line," a locket containing photos of Johnny and his wife June Carter Cash and several awards.

The house overlooks Old Hickory Lake and is located across the street from the site where the mansion belonging to the late Johnny and June Carter Cash stood until it burned last year, the newspaper said.

The fire happened shortly after the mansion was bought by Barry Gibb of the Bee Gees.
