Jessica Alba gives birth to girl

LOS ANGELES, June 9 (UPI) -- A representative for Jessica Alba said the film actress gave birth to a girl in Los Angeles during the weekend.

Honor Marie Warren is the first child for Alba and her husband, director's assistant Cash Warren.

The baby was born Saturday, Alba's spokesman Brad Cafarelli told People.com.

The couple, who met on the set of the action movie "Fantastic Four," married May 19 at the Beverly Hills courthouse, the entertainment news Web site said.
