LOS ANGELES, May 16 (UPI) -- ABC, as part of an effort to expand online programming, has set up a video blog for the producers of the U.S. drama "Grey's Anatomy" to answer fan questions.

ABC said fans can log onto ABC.com and see select viewer questions answered by Shonda Rhimes and Betsy Beers, executive producers of the hit medical drama series, on the "Ask Grey's Anatomy" video blog, which premiered online Thursday.

The network said fans inundated ABC.com with hundreds of questions for the producers on topics ranging from favorite behind-the-scene moments to what's next for the "Grey's" characters and whether there's a wedding in store for anyone at Seattle Grace, the show's fictional hospital setting.

Additional responses will be posted when the "Grey's Anatomy" season finale airs next Thursday, ABC said.
