LAS VEGAS, May 10 (UPI) -- A former model on the TV show "Deal or No Deal" has filed a lawsuit against a Las Vegas strip club for using her image in a promotion, court documents say.

Los Angeles Superior Court documents said model April Scott is suing Deja Vu Inc. for allegedly using a picture of her in a promotion for the company's Little Darlings strip club in Las Vegas, TMZ.com said Saturday.

In addition to wielding suitcases in the popular NBC game show, Scott appeared as Daisy Duke in a straight-to-video film based on the TV series "Dukes of Hazzard."

TMZ.com said the actress is seeking more than $25,000 in damages from Deja Vu Inc. The company has offered no comment on the suit, the report said.
