NEW YORK, April 28 (UPI) -- Amy Poehler, the "Saturday Night Live" star who plays a pregnancy surrogate in the U.S. box-office hit "Baby Mama," Monday announced her real-life pregnancy.

Poehler's publicist, Lewis Kay, told People that Poehler and her husband, comedian Will Arnett, will become parents in late autumn.

Poehler, 36, and Arnett, 37, were married in 2003. This will be their first child.

"Baby Mama," starring Poehler and Tina Fey, was the No. 1 U.S. box-office draw this weekend. Arnett is in Rome filming, "When in Rome," a comedy also starring Kristen Bell.
