Lopez, Ripa on board with TLC

NEW YORK, April 24 (UPI) -- The U.S. cable TV network TLC has announced a reality show starring Jennifer Lopez and a second project involving Kelly Ripa.

Lopez -- an actress, singer and entrepreneur -- called her project "very exciting" during a presentation to potential advertisers in New York Wednesday, The Hollywood Reporter said.

Ripa and her husband, Mark Consuelos, have signed a production deal with TLC and the co-host of ABC's "Live With Regis and Kelly" will assume solo hosting duties for an undisclosed TLC series, The Reporter said.
