NEW YORK, April 23 (UPI) -- HBO's "Entourage" star Jeremy Piven has been cast in the Broadway revival of David Mamet's "Speed-the-Plow."

Piven, who has received critical acclaim for his portrayal of an abrasive Hollywood agent in the HBO comedy, will play one of two film producers in the stage satire at the Rialto, Daily Variety reported.

It has been 20 years since the play has been seen on Broadway, Variety said.

"Plow" will be directed by Neil Pepe, the assistant director of Off Broadway's Atlantic Theater Company, which was founded by Mamet, Variety said. Other members of the cast have yet to be announced.

"Speed-the-Plow" is scheduled to open Oct. 23.
