MOSCOW, April 23 (UPI) -- U.S. celebrity hotel heiress Paris Hilton has been barred from the Moscow Hyatt Hotel for allegedly vandalizing her luxury suite, a spokesman said.

The Hollywood socialite and reality TV star was banned from the hotel and charged $9,000 for allegedly writing her name on her room's wall with a black marker, a Moscow Hyatt spokesman said.

Hilton, 27, stood alongside the wall, which read "Paris Moscow 2008," to have her picture taken, the Daily Telegraph reported Wednesday.

"Miss Hilton ruined the wallpaper in the luxury suite. In such a case the client automatically goes on the black list," the spokesman said.

In addition to the hotel graffiti, Hilton drew much attention during her visit to Russia by hosting the country's MTV awards.

She reportedly forked over $60,000 at a wine store and paid a photographer $300 for his coat.
