LOS ANGELES, April 22 (UPI) -- An expert in teen idols predicts little fallout from the racy Web photos of 15-year-old Disney superstar Miley Cyrus.

Pictures of the "Hannah Montana" star pulling down her top to expose a lacy bra appeared on the Internet last weekend.

It's the second go-round of risque photos for Cyrus, who has hoisted herself as a "good girl" role model, the Los Angeles Times noted, pointing to scantily clothed photos that appeared on her MySpace page.

"Miley is always saying that she owes so much to her family and the way she was raised," teen magazines Associate Editor Mark Cuenco told the Times.

"Hilary Duff never did anything like this," he added, alluding to Cyrus' stated desire to follow the wholesome lead of the former "Lizzie McGuire" star.

"I hope that's the worst it gets," he said, adding the legion of 5- to 12-year-old "Hannah Montana" fans probably won't even know about the latest scandal.

"The audience of 'Hannah Montana' and the kids that go to see her movies don't (read tabloids)," he told the Times. "They may not ever know these came out. I don't think they will hurt her."

Chris Cagle to stand trial for assault

TUCSON, April 22 (UPI) -- Country music star Chris Cagle has been ordered to stand trial for misdemeanor assault for allegedly punching a fan in Tucson, Ariz., officials say.

A City Court judge set a trial date for Sept. 23, after Cagle finishes touring in support of his album, "My Life's Been a Country Song," the Tucson Citizen reported Tuesday.

Cagle is accused of punching Mark Barry following a Dec. 13 benefit concert. The altercation began after Barry's girlfriend got "verbally abusive" when the country star -- who had signed several autographs for her -- refused to sign another one, police said.

Cagle's attorney said in a pretrial statement he will argue his client acted in self-defense, the newspaper said.

Cagle and his soundman, Kenneth Hoyt, were also named by Barry in a civil lawsuit filed in Pima County Superior Court. Hoyt suffered a broken wrist in the melee.-
