NEW YORK, March 23 (UPI) -- A New York judge has released without bail a man accused of stalking TV talk show host Tyra Banks, it was reported Sunday.
Brady Green was released by Manhattan Criminal Court Judge Anthony Ferrara after the 37-year-old was arrested outside the building where "The Tyra Banks Show" is taped, the New York Post reported.
Banks has alleged the 6-foot-2 Green has followed her across the United States as she goes about taping her TV endeavors.
Green pleaded guilty in 2006 to selling marijuana and his appearance in the criminal court prompted Ferrara to issue a protection order for the TV personality.
At least one producer at the New York studio where Banks shoots her TV talk show is not convinced the order will be enough to prevent Green's return.
"There's no security at this building," the unidentified producer told the Post. "It's very scary."
