Mel B enjoying post-tour vacation

MIAMI, March 15 (UPI) -- Singer Melanie Brown is relaxing with husband Stephen Belafonte in Miami after participating in a lengthy Spice Girls world tour.

The 32-year-old singer is recuperating from the grueling tour and her child support battle with comedian Eddie Murphy by lounging by a pool in the Florida city, the Daily Mail reported Saturday.

Brown and Murphy have an 11-month-old daughter, Angel, but the "Norbit" star reportedly has said he does not want to have any contact with the child.

The comedian even accused Brown of trapping him into having the child, according to recent reports.

An unidentified source said the relationship, which the British newspaper said ended in 2006, was initially intended to only be a temporary courtship, but became much more for both parties.

"What was supposed to be a casual relationship ended with her having his baby and taking him to court for millions," the source said.
