CHICAGO, March 14 (UPI) -- U.S. pop star Madonna's first single off of her new album "Hard Candy" is to debut in a new Sunsilk hair products commercial, Unilever announced Friday.

The TV spot, which will trace Madonna's ever-evolving look through the years and feature her new song "4 Minutes," is slated to air Monday.

"Hard Candy" is set to drop April 29.

"We're proud to unveil a powerful advertisement that features a truly inspirational icon along with our new styling products," David Rubin, director of U.S. Hair Care Operations for Unilever, said in a statement. "Madonna continues to be such an inspiration for young girls by continuously reinventing her looks, and we expect the new commercial will also encourage girls to evolve by changing their looks and making their hair and lives happen in a variety of exciting ways."
