LOS ANGELES, March 10 (UPI) -- A representative for George Clooney told "Access Hollywood" the U.S. actor isn't engaged to girlfriend Sarah Larson.

Some media outlets are reporting that Clooney, the star of "Michael Clayton" and "Ocean's Thirteen," has proposed to Larson.

"No truth to any element of the story," the representative told "Access Hollywood."
