Based on the style of the noted culinary guru, Restaurant Charlie will focus on seafood and will offer a walk-in bar section complete with sushi and 14-course menus, the Chicago Tribune said Sunday.

Those who prefer meat will not be disappointed as the Palazzo Resort eatery will offer a wide range of items, including a Japanese Kagoshima strip loin, which Trotter will price at $250.

The Tribune said the Las Vegas Strip restaurant also will offer special customers seats in its eight-table "kitchen sky loft" poised above the eatery's kitchen facilities.
