LOS ANGELES, March 9 (UPI) -- Hollywood star George Clooney admits taking his alleged dispute with Italian male model Fabio to a physical level may not be a good idea.
The "Michael Clayton" actor said Fabio's comments that he would beat Clooney in a physical fight were probably true and such a situation would be hard to live down, People magazine reported Saturday.
"Yeah, that's probably true. He's a big guy," the 46-year-old actor said. "There is a moment when you are actually in the argument and you're thinking, 'If I do get beaten down by Fabio, that will be far worse than the pain.' I wouldn't shake that."
Fabio, whose full name is Fabio Lanzoni, has earned a reputation in both the fashion world and the realm of romance novels due to his chiseled looks and muscled body.
No stranger to comments about his looks, Clooney is known more for flexing his acting muscles than those on his 5-foot-11 frame.
