NEW YORK, March 6 (UPI) -- A New York City town house that belonged to former Penthouse magazine publisher Bob Guccione reportedly was sold by his creditors for $49 million.

The New York Post said Wall Street financier Philip Falcone paid the price for the 27-room Manhattan mansion, which was seized and sold by Guccione's creditors.

"It's got everything but the girls," a broker who toured the property quipped to the Post.
