FAIRFIELD, Ohio, March 1 (UPI) -- Maureen McCormick, known for playing Marcia Brady on "The Brady Bunch" TV sitcom, will be a keynote speaker at a fundraiser this month in Ohio.

The Cincinnati Enquirer said Friday the "Brady" star will speak at the Butler County Board of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities event, which is being held to raise money for Friends of Citizens with Disabilities.

McCormick, whose brother has special needs, is an advocate for the group. She will speak with families during the March 9 fundraiser and dinner.

Her brother also is to attend the event with the former TV star, the Enquirer reported.
