HONOLULU, Feb. 23 (UPI) -- Popular British singer Sting, notorious for his comments about his love of tantric sex, is staying young with a vacation in Hawaii.
The Daily Mail said Saturday the 56-year-old former lead singer of the Police is spending his Hawaiian vacation dressed like a teenager and paddle boarding in the island chain's warm waters.
Sting, whose real name is Gordon Sumner, had reason to celebrate his time off due to the recent success of his Police reunion tour. Sumner, along with former Police band mates Stewart Copeland and Andy Summers, earned more than $130 million with the 54-performance tour.
The Daily Mail said that success also allowed Sumner, who has also enjoyed a highly profitable solo career in the music industry, to take his family on a vacation to Australia last Christmas.
