NEW YORK, Feb. 15 (UPI) -- A former producer for the New York-based "Montel Williams Show" reportedly has filed discrimination grievances against CBS TV.

Erin Primmer said she believes the company discriminated against her because it didn't renew her contract after she underwent brain surgery, even though doctors gave her a clean bill of health, the New York Post reported Friday.

The Post said its calls to the show and CBS were not immediately returned.
