Mills is believed to be representing herself in the case after parting ways with her former attorneys, The Times of London reported Monday.

The Sunday Times of London said Sunday the former Beatle has offered Mills a $107 million settlement that would include a lump sum payment of nearly $39 million.

As McCartney arrived for the hearing Monday, he said only "Good morning" to reporters who asked if he planned to settle the case that day.

McCartney and Mills were married for less than four years and have a 4-year-old daughter.
