NEW YORK, Jan. 25 (UPI) -- More than 1,600 Heath Ledger-related items were for sale on eBay just two days after the Australian actor died unexpectedly in New York, it was reported.
Memorabilia ranging from autographed pictures and posters to "Heath Ledger R.I.P." wristbands were up for bid on the Internet auction Web site Thursday, the New York Daily News said Friday.
An autographed poster from Ledger's teen romance "10 Things I Hate About You" was selling for a minimum bid of $1,000, while a copy of the Daily News from the day after Ledger died was going for $5.
Ledger, star of "Brokeback Mountain" and "I'm Not There," died in a SoHo apartment Tuesday afternoon. He was 28.
The medical examiner's office is awaiting toxicology results to determine the cause of his death.
