LOS ANGELES, Jan. 8 (UPI) -- British singers Victoria Beckham and Amy Winehouse have secured the No. 1 and 2 spots atop Mr. Blackwell's 48th annual worst-dressed women list.

Coming in at No. 3 was actress Mary Kate Olsen, followed by recording artists Fergie and Kelly Clarkson in the 4th and 5th spots.

Rounding out the bottom tier were actress Eva Green at No. 6, singer Avril Lavigne at No. 7, singer/actress Jessica Simpson at No. 8, tabloid staple Lindsay Lohan at No. 9 and comedian Alison Arngrim at No. 10, Usmagazine.com reported Tuesday.

"For those of you who were expecting to see Britney (Spears') name adorn the 2007 list, I felt that it was inappropriate at this time to make comment, when her personal life is in such upheaval. I hope 2008 is a better year for her," Mr. Blackwell noted at the end of his list.
