Madonna's short film to debut in Berlin

BERLIN, Dec. 28 (UPI) -- The big-screen directorial debut of U.S. pop star Madonna is set to premiere at the upcoming Berlin Film Festival, organizers of the event announced.

It is unclear whether Madonna will travel to Germany for the premiere of her short film "Filth and Wisdom," the BBC reported.

Starring Eugene Hutz, Richard E. Grant and Stephen Graham, the movie will be shown out of competition.

The Berlin Film Festival is set for Feb. 7-17.
