LOS ANGELES, Dec. 24 (UPI) -- Former "Lost" actress Michelle Rodriguez has reported to jail in California to begin serving a six-month sentence for violating probation, officials said.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department Web site indicated Rodriguez was booked Sunday into the same facility Paris Hilton, Nicole Richie and Lindsay Lohan have served time, People magazine reported Monday.

Rodriguez was sentenced Oct. 10 after she "admitted violating her probation by failing to provide proof of completion of her community service and for consuming alcohol three times while wearing an alcohol-monitoring device," the Los Angeles City Attorney's office said.

The 29-year-old actress had been serving an extended probation term for several driving infractions for the past several years, the magazine reported.
