LOS ANGELES, Dec. 19 (UPI) -- Josh Groban's "Noel" has made music history as the first Christmas album to top the U.S. album charts for four consecutive weeks, Billboard.com said Wednesday.

While Elvis Presley's "Elvis' Christmas Album" was No. 1 for the same amount of time, his disc didn't stay atop The Billboard 200 four consecutive weeks.

"Noel" has also surpassed the "High School Musical 2" soundtrack as the top-selling album of 2007, Billboard.com said.

Coming in at No. 2 is Alicia Keys' "As I Am," followed by The Eagles' "Long Road Out of Eden" at No. 3, the compilation CD "Now 26" at No. 4 and Mannheim Steamroller's "Christmas Song" at No. 5.

Rounding out the top tier are "High School Musical 2" at No. 6, Miley Cyrus' "Hannah Montana 2 (Soundtrack)/Meet Miley Cyrus" at No. 7, Taylor Swift's self-titled CD at No. 8, Carrie Underwood's "Carnival Ride" at No. 9 and Garth Brooks' "The Ultimate Hits" at No. 10.
