TEL AVIV, Israel, Nov. 30 (UPI) -- Andy Fletcher, keyboardist for the British rock band Depeche Mode, has made his first trip to Israel with plans to be a guest DJ at a Tel Aviv nightclub.

The gig comes a year after Depeche Mode was forced to cancel a planned concert in the city due to the onset of the Second Lebanon War, Haaretz reported.

Fletcher was slated to appear at Tel Aviv's Theatre club Friday.
