The productions are slated to take place at a 150-seat theater in downtown Manhattan, the New York Post reported Thursday.
Most Broadway theaters are dark due to a separate stagehands strike, which has left many people seeking alternative forms of entertainment.
Monday night's "30 Rock" performance at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater in Chelsea is already sold out.
Tickets were $20 and proceeds from the performance will be donated to the WGA strike fund.
Less is known about the stage version of "SNL," other than it will be be performed Saturday night and feature "Superbad" star Michael Cera as guest host.
The Post said it is not clear how tickets to that show can be obtained.
