LOS ANGELES, Nov. 14 (UPI) -- The Cher Charitable Foundation is planning to host a benefit in California that will include a dinner and screening of the short film "Love Sees No Color."

The event is slated for Nov. 28 outdoors in the plaza area between Avenue of the Stars and Century Park East in Century City.

"Love Sees No Color" is a 12-minute film starring song-writer, recording artist and international peace activist, Nassiri.

The movie features songs sung by thousands of children in 15 languages in 18 countries, and was filmed by 18 of the world's most talented directors and producers.

"The premiere of 'Love Sees No Color' will be a joyous occasion to celebrate the mission of achieving world peace," Cher, a singer, actress and philanthropist, said in a statement. "As the film shows, music can play a vital role in spreading a message of peace, love and unity."
