WGA members to picket early Monday

LOS ANGELES, Nov. 12 (UPI) -- Striking Writers Guild of America members said they would resume picketing Monday three hours earlier than they did last week, Variety.com said.

The WGA instructed members and supporters to report to major studio lots at 6 a.m. PST.

Arriving Teamster drivers aren't expected to cross picket lines because their union permits members to act as individuals without reprisal, the trade paper noted.

So far, no new talks have been scheduled between the WGA and the Alliance of Motion Picture & Television Producers.
