MIAMI , Nov. 11 (UPI) -- Ami James and Chris Nunez may own the Florida tattoo store in the TV series "Miami Ink" but not the name so they are rebranding.

Since Discovery Communications actually owns the rights to the name "Miami Ink," Nunez and James have decided upon a new brand -- Love Hate -- for their future endeavors, The Miami Herald reported Sunday.

Among their planned exploits is the launch of a new tattoo studio complete with designer Love Hate apparel, which will be available in every country where "Miami Ink" has been broadcast.

"We're in 181 countries with the show,'' Nunez said. "So, we figure hit 181 countries with merchandise."

The Herald reported that how the new name will fit into future episodes of the TLC series is unclear. But one series executive said both names could appear in future episodes of the reality show, the newspaper said.
