
BEVERLY HILLS , Calif., Nov. 6 (UPI) -- Hollywood actress Rebecca De Mornay was arrested by Beverly Hills, Calif., police for alleged drunken driving, TMZ.com reported Tuesday.
De Mornay is best-known for her roles in "Risky Business," "The Three Musketeers" and "The Hand that Rocks the Cradle." She also recently starred in the HBO series, "John from Cincinnati."
She was stopped by police on Oct. 30 at 10:30 p.m. for an unknown traffic violation on Sunset Boulevard.
Police said they "immediately detected an odor of alcoholic beverages" and asked De Mornay to perform several field sobriety tests, which she failed, TMZ.com said.
Police said her blood alcohol level was .09.
She was cited for DUI and released from the Beverly Hills police station just before 1 a.m.
