LOS ANGELES, Nov. 5 (UPI) -- Hollywood actor Keanu Reeves is being sued in California for allegedly hitting a photographer's knee with his Porsche, TMZ.com reported.

In court papers filed Monday, Brazilian paparazzo, Alison Silva, claimed Reeves drove into him on March 19, outside of a clinic in Rancho Palos Verdes, Calif.

The lawsuit seeks unspecified damages from Reeves, the star of "Speed" and "The Matrix" trilogy.

At the time of the incident, Reeves was reportedly handcuffed by police. However, it is unclear if he was charged with any offense, TMZ.com said.
