Streisand to play Planet Hollywood opening

LAS VEGAS, Oct. 31 (UPI) -- U.S. singer Barbra Streisand and award-winning comedian Jon Stewart are set to perform at the upcoming grand opening of Planet Hollywood Resort in Las Vegas.

Also slated to perform at during the resort's opening weekend next month are actor Bruce Willis and his band; Earth, Wind & Fire; Sugar Ray; DMC and Big Bad Voodoo Daddy, the Las Vegas Review-Journal reported Wednesday.

More than 100 A-list celebrities are expected to attend the event.
